Taste of Identity: Cuisine, Performance and Aesthetics

AGYA book launch and debate on self-conceptions through cuisine by food scholar and blogger Anny Gaul (Arabic & Islamic Studies, USA), Malakeh Jazmati (Chef and Author, Berlin), and Julia Hauser (History, Kassel, AGYA alumna) with tasting of Hummus recipes from the 14th century and of today’s fusion kitchen.


Me, Myself and I in Future Worlds: Poetry Slam
